SHIPPING

PRE-MADE - Ships in 3 - 7 business days 

PRE-ORDER - Please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for your order to process and ship. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. 

Please make sure to read product description to determine whether the item is for pre-order or is pre-made. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. 

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. 

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds in the case that a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time. Please double check your shipping address.
